We were hanging out around Khao Yai in December to enjoy the cool weather. Even though we are not the biggest Snoopy fans, the ‘Forest of Illumination at Kirimaya’ sounded promising and we decided to check the place out and show you.
In December many events are going on in Khao Yai, Thailand. One evening we spent wandering amid the colorful lights and experiencing an immersive nighttime adventure. Those who like a nice mix of multimedia technology blending with nature would appreciate this light installation even without being fans of Snoopy and his friends.
We explored the route with dozen check-in points inspired by the Peanuts World. Altogether it was worth doing outdoor light installation activities instead of just eating out and staying in a hotel room. The whole experience would be perfect for families with children, but we saw many couples and groups of friends.
In addition to nine zones dedicated to Snoopy and his friends, the event also sells food and souvenirs.
