All electricity, including air conditioning and hot water, is powered by solar panels. The Baan Boom Boxes Resort does not use bleach when cleaning the pool, and they give out soap, shampoos, and other hygiene products in recyclable dispensers.

Located in Mae Nam Beach, Baan Boom Boxes Eco-Friendly Resort offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. Minimalistic interior, panoramic windows, direct access to the tropical forest around. It is 1.5 km from Bophut Beach, around 1.7 km from Mae Nam Beach, 2.1 km from W Koh Samui Beach, and 6 km from Mae Nam Pier. A very nice and quiet place to visit: only a 5-minute drive away from the main road but it feels like you are far away from all the hectic noises.
The property features an outdoor pool. Nature is truly taken care of here: household wastewater is preserved and reused, and many decor details are made by hand – it turns out beautiful and unusual. Free WiFi and free private parking.
The Baan Boom Boxes Resort attaches great importance to sustainability, which we found very nice. The rooms are nicely furnished and the pool is very relaxing. The staff is all incredibly nice and always helpful.
